I’m sure the engineers have been working hard on porting Resolve to the M1 chip long before this week but I was shocked to see that BMD would have the event on Monday, release the 17 beta and then update it again a few days later. Just a few days after announcing and launching Resolve 17, Blackmagic Design has released the 17.1 beta with support for the new Apple Silicon and the new Apple hardware. RESOLVE 17.1 BETA 1 WITH SUPPORT FOR APPLE SILICON AND THE M1 CHIP.
